When you book an appointment through our website, you agree to the following:

1. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate contact information so we can confirm and manage your appointment.

2. Appointment Confirmation
Your booking request is subject to stylist availability. We may contact you to confirm or adjust your appointment time.

3. Salon Policies
You agree to our Salon Policies, including cancellation, late arrival, no-show, and deposit rules.

4. Communications
We will contact you by email or phone about your appointment. Appointment texts are sent only if you agree when booking, and promotional texts or emails only if you separately opt in; neither is required to book. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our SMS Terms.

5. Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
