These terms cover text messages (SMS/MMS) from VIBES Beauty & Barber Salon ("VIBES," "we," "us") in Killeen, Texas.

Our Text Programs

• Appointment texts: booking confirmations, reminders, changes or cancellations, deposit and payment notices, and waitlist openings you ask for.
• Promotional texts: special offers, last-minute openings, rebooking reminders, and salon news. These are optional and sent only if you opt in. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

How You Opt In

You opt in to appointment texts by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive them when you book online, join our waitlist, or ask our staff. You opt in to promotional texts only by ticking the separate, unticked promotional-texts box on our website or client account, or by replying YES to our confirmation text after asking our staff in person. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Appointment texts depend on how often you book. Promotional texts are occasional.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. To rejoin appointment texts, reply START. You can also turn promotional texts off in your client account or by asking our staff.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy
