• Appointment texts: if you give us your mobile number and agree, we text you about your appointments (confirmations, reminders, changes, and waitlist openings you ask for).
• Promotional texts and emails: we only send these if you opt in — for example by ticking an unticked box on our booking form, or by confirming a request our staff recorded in person. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any text (HELP for help), use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email, or change your preferences in your client account. Appointment confirmations and receipts may still be sent by email.
• Consent records: when you opt in or out, we keep a record of your choice, the date and time, the wording you agreed to, and (for online forms) your IP address and browser, so we can show that you gave consent.
• Mobile information: we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
