Salon Policies

These policies apply to all clients visiting VIBES Salon in Killeen, Texas.

Appointments & Scheduling

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are running late, call us at (254) 658-3473.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or may receive a shortened service.

Cancellation & No-Show

• Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit at booking. Deposits are applied to your service total and are non-refundable for late cancellations.

Salon Conduct

• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless your stylist instructs otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or policy violations.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
