Before you book

A sew-in at Vibe Beauty and Barber Salon starts with a braid-down. Basic, closure, and frontal are different installs, and vixen is listed on its own.

Maintenance is a separate visit from a new install. The prices on the cards are the prices saved for those rows.

  • Basic is the leave-out sew-in. Its description includes a braid-down, weft installation, and a basic bump.
  • Closure includes closure installation and closure customization. Frontal includes frontal and weft installation and lace customization. Both descriptions include a braid-down and a style finish.
  • Vixen is its own sew-in on this menu, separate from basic, closure, and frontal.
  • The new-client special is a traditional sew-in. The description says curling is included, and asks you to come washed and blow-dried or to add that if you want the stylist to do it.
  • Sew-in maintenance is upkeep, not a new install. The description says a basic refresh starts at the price on that card.

Questions

What is the difference between basic, closure, and frontal?

They are separate installs, and vixen is a separate row too. Basic is the leave-out sew-in. Closure and frontal each have their own installation and customization notes on the card. The current sew-in menu is $60 Sew in special ($60.00); BASIC SEW-IN INSTALL ($150.00); CLOSURE SEW-IN INSTALL ($175.00); FRONTAL SEW-IN INSTALL ($200.00); Sew-In Maintenance ($50.00); Vixen sew in ($200.00).

Do I need to arrive washed and blow-dried?

The new-client special says to come washed and blow-dried, or to add a wash and blow-dry if you want the stylist to do it. The other sew-in rows do not say that. Read the card for the install you book.

Is maintenance the same as a new sew-in?

No. Sew-In Maintenance is its own row for upkeep. A new install is the basic, closure, frontal, vixen, or new-client row.
